TMS Car Mats ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Returns

2.1 Returns Due To Misfitting

Car mats returned due to sizing errors will be accepted by TMS Car Mats for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

2.2 Return Due To Change Of Mind

TMS Car Mats will not accept returns due to a change of mind even if the items are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, you can contact us at

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, we will also notify you on the approval result of the refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund amount. (Depending on your bank / credit card / other payment providers). (TMS Car Mats) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 

2.3.1 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We do not support exchanges.
